Physical Distancing: –
- We recommend passengers to be 1.5m physically apart whenever taking our Maxi-taxis or wheelchair cabs.
- We advise you to sit at the back seat of our cab
- Get inside the car wearing a mask and disposable gloves if you have cold or cough
- Avoid using currency notes or use of plastic cards
- Avoid physical contact with the driver (and we will advise them to do the same)
Environmental Cleaning & Disinfecting:-
With the amount of time the COVID-19 Virus surviving on surfaces being different, we take cues from WHO and adopt environment cleaning and disinfecting to remove virus particles.
No matter how careful one is, we understand that passenger transporting will invariably entail touching of surfaces and items- be it you or our drivers. But, we have taken strict rules to frequently clean and disinfect of our cars.
- Our drivers will have alcohol-based sanitisers be it for their own use and for you after opening/closing doors, moving bags and luggage or touching window controls and even seat belts.
- We will make it a point to include closed bins wherever appropriate for you to hygienically dispose of waste such as tissues or disposable gloves having droplets from sneezing, coughing or even puking. And once they are gotten rid of, our drivers will provide you with alcohol-based sanitisers to disinfect your hands.
- Each of our drivers will wear protective gears to safeguard themselves. And for the sake of the next passenger, each surface (especially high contact points such as door handles seats, seat belts, window controls, window glass, internal handles and even boot lids) will be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol wipes.
“These will be the standard cleaning practices which we will perform after every ride (and end of each shift), not just for your safety, but for our brave and considerate drivers.
